1. Warranty: If this product fails to perform to your complete satisfaction, return it to the store with your proof-of-purchase for either replacement of an equivalent quantity of product free of charge or for a refund of the original purchase price.
2. Exclusions: This warranty shall not apply to any defect, damage, or product failure resulting from improper surface preparation, structural defects, environmental damage, failure of a previous product, deterioration or defect in the underlying substrate, or improper application or maintenance of the product. EXCEPT IF YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AS A CONSUMER RESIDING IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE THOMPSON'S COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT PURCHASER IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Warranty: If this product, when applied and maintained according to product application and maintenance instructions to a properly prepared surface, fails to perform to your complete satisfaction from the date of purchase for 4 years on horizontal surfaces (decks) and 5 years on vertical surfaces (fences and siding), return it to the store with your proof-of-purchase for either replacement of an equivalent quantity of product free of charge or for a refund of the original purchase price.
2. Exclusions: This warranty shall not apply to any defect, damage, or product failure resulting from improper surface preparation, structural defects, environmental damage, failure of a previous product, deterioration or defect in the underlying substrate, or improper application or maintenance of the product. Warranty: If this product, when applied and maintained according to product application and maintenance instructions to a properly prepared surface, fails to perform to your complete satisfaction from the date of purchase for 5 years on horizontal surfaces (decks) and 7 years on vertical surfaces (fences and siding), return it to the store with your proof-of-purchase for either replacement of an equivalent quantity of product free of charge or for a refund of the original purchase price.
